Our Company Mission is to provide financial products to people without access to traditional credit alternatives through our brands TitleMax, TitleBucks, and InstaLoan. The Companies offer these products at competitive rates.

The TMX Way
We offer simple products with clear customer disclosures. If we must repossess as a last resort, excess proceeds from the sale are returned to the customer. We support and follow federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The TMX Way is about respecting and helping our customers.
Company Structure And Name Usage
All official Company documents and communications should first and foremost address and refer to our Company as TMX Finance Family of Companies. After this has been clearly stated or announced, our Company may then be referred to as TMX. The main brands that exist under the TMX Finance Family of Companies umbrella are TitleMax, TitleBucks, and InstaLoan. Auxiliary brands whose inclusion should be carefully considered and run through Legal & Compliance when used include AutoCash, LoanSource, and Title Pro.
General Guidelines
- When possible, always use brand-specific references and logos.
- When referring to all lending operations, TMX Finance Family of Companies without AutoCash, Title Pro, or LoanSource should be used.
- We should almost never use TMX Finance alone. And, we should very rarely use the TMX Finance Family of Companies with AutoCash as a listed company. If you think it should be used for a certain communication, reach out to Legal and Compliance for guidance.

Logos
These branding guidelines will help you determine the best way to use our logo.
Please send all logo requests and any applied examples of the logo to creative@titlemax.com for approval prior to implementing or circulating along with specific details regarding its intended use so we may provide you with the correct file as efficiently as possible. If you have any questions about which logo to use, please contact us and we will be happy to offer guidance.
Standard
Usage: This should be the default logo used when ample space is available.
Horizontal
Usage: This should be the default logo used when the available space is more horizontal.
Abbreviated
Usage: This logo should only been used in tandem with the standard or horizontal versions of the logo.
Incorrect Use Of Our Logo
Do not edit, change, distort or embellish the logo in anyway.
Internal Logos
There are a few special initiatives throughout the Company which have their own internal logos.
These initiatives have undergone extensive strategic planning and our executive team has deemed them significant enough to have a unique logo meant for internal promotion only. All collateral and design should be managed by the marketing departments and must be approved by marketing, legal and compliance, as well as the executive team. Logos that have not gone through this process are unauthorized and therefore in conflict with these brand guidelines.
